Examines the growth of YBa[sub 2Cu[sub 3]O[sub 7-](YBCO) films on low dielectric constant and low loss tangent (001)Magnesium fluoride substrates. Exhibition of surface resistance of the film; Realization of low loss superconducting components in the millimeter-wave region; Demonstration on the microwave performance of the films.
