ABSTRACT
Examines the fatigue and retention characteristics of ferroelectric lead zirconate titanate thin films grown with Y-Ba-Cu-O (YBCO) thin film. Growth of heterostructures by pulsed laser deposition; Use of the YBCO lattice a- and c-axis orientations as electrodes; Measurement of the pulse polarization at the top and bottom of the pulse.
