Examines the fabrication of two-dimensional arrays of optically pumped, phase-locked vertical cavity surface-emitting lasers with an integrated phase-corrector. Modification of the array emission by incorporating a binary phase-shift mask; Components of the array; Correction of the resulting out-of-phase mode.
