Describes the development of a 16-channel electron cyclotron emission (ECE) diagnostic system and its installation on the Rijnhuizen Tokamak Project for measuring plasma ECE. Achievement of high spatial resolution; Characteristics of the ECE imaging system sample volumes; Obtained wavenumber spectra and correlation lengths of T[sub e] fluctuations in the plasma core.
