ABSTRACT
Investigates passive charge exchange between neutral deuterium entering the plasma from the walls and ionized light impurities in a Tokamak Fusion Plasma. Comparison between the synthetic spectra and experimental data; Detection of core light impurities; Detection of signal from active charge exchange during the de-excitation process in the plasma ion.
