ABSTRACT
Investigates the rovibrational and rotational autoionization dynamics of a Rydberg electron wavepacket in para-hydrogen gas, using time-dependent multichannel quantum-defect theory (MQDT). Calculation of time-dependent partial photoionization cross sections; Below the N[sup +] = 0 ionization limit; Between the N[sup +] = 0 and N[sup +] = 2 ionization limits.
