ABSTRACT
Investigates a native acceptor in as-grown ZnGeP[sub 2] crystals using electron paramagnetic resonance. Demonstration of a crystallographically equivalent orientations of the defect; Production of a near-infrared absorption band by the acceptor; Occupancy of the phosphorus ions by the hole.
