ABSTRACT
Investigates the femtosecond transient reflectivity in partially oxygen-depleted yttrium-barium-copper-oxide (Y-Ba-Cu-O) thin films. Effects of oxygen doping on the electronic structure of Cu-O planes; Details of the Fermi level in the Cu-O[sub 2] plane; Relevance of mapping the transient optical response across a one square centimeter film.
