ABSTRACT
Assesses the use of high critical temperature superconducting electrodes for lead lanthanum zirconium titanate (PLZT) ceramics. Dielectric and ferroelectric properties of (Bi[sub 1.6]Pb[sub 0.4])Sr[sub 1.9]Ca[sub 2.05]Cu[sub 3/05]O[sub x] (BSCCO) and YBa[sub 2]u[sub 3]O[sub 7-x] films; Interaction between PLZT and superconductor films; Use of BSCCO as capacitors.
