ABSTRACT
Describes a method for controlled preparation of oxygen deficient YBa[sub 2]Cu[sub 3]O[sub x] thin films. Use of oxygen pressure-temperature phase diagram as methodology basis; Results of resistance transition measurement and x-ray diffraction experiments; Examination of the influence of oxygen concentration on Josephson tunneling characteristics.
