The article presents information on the U.S. naval strategy. Collaboration with other navies has long been a centerpiece of U.S. naval strategy, policy, and operations. The Navy International Programs Office (Navy IPO) arranges sales of U.S. naval technology, systems, and platforms to foreign navies and coast guards. The relationships that the U.S. Navy forges in international programs encourage navies to seek its help when they encounter technological challenges.
