ABSTRACT
The article reports that according to the executives organizing public and private efforts to bring light rail transit to Woodward Avenue of Detroit, Michigan, issues remain as they work to coordinate their plans, but the projects are in full cooperation. Norm White, chief organizer of Detroit's light rail plan, said in a conference call with M1 Rail chief executive officer (CEO) Matt Cullen, that the city and the private plan are working together to resolve issues.
