ABSTRACT
Demonstrates 1.5 mum band wavelength conversion by difference frequency generation (DFG) in a periodically domain-inverted lithium niobate channel waveguide. Value of the obtained DFG efficiency; Uniformity of DFG efficiency over a wavelength range of 30 nanometer; Assumption of the bandwidth length of the devices.
