ABSTRACT
Presents oriented lead sulphide (PbS) crystal particles by the infusion of H[sub 2]S onto Langmuir monolayers of arachidic acid. Determination of the morphology and crystallographic orientation of PbS crystals; Observation of two morphological types of platelike crystals; Elucidation of the crystallographic relations between PbS and its organic templates.
