ABSTRACT
Analyzes the dependence of high-temperature superconducting properties of thin films of YBa[sub 2]Cu[sub 3]O[sub 7-x] on the structural parameters of the films and substrates. Determination of the optimal substrate temperature; Record of the percentage of x-ray diffraction peaks; Designation of substrate quality as the most important parameter.
