ABSTRACT
Demonstrates the superiority of photoacoustic spectroscopy for the determination of the thickness of copper oxide (CuO) impurity layer over the surface of Cu[sub 2]O thin films during electrodeposition. Rate of the development of the impurity layer; Proportionality of the photoacoustic spectra to the CuO impurity layer thickness.
