ABSTRACT
The article reports that EngineersISO has published the new ISO/TR 12885:2008 for safer manufacturing and handling of nanomaterials. The technical report is based on current information about nanotechnologies and is applicable across a range of nanometrials and applications. It provides advice on preventing adverse health and safety consequences during the production, handling, use and disposal of manufactured nanomaterials.
