ABSTRACT
The article reports on the argument expressed by the Norwich Union Policyholder Action Group concerning the delay on the distribution of information packs by Aviva PLC to its 250,000 policyholders in Great Britain. It reveals that the packs contain information concerning the plan of the company to reattribute its assets which will be discussed through roadshows across the country. The Union argues that the packs will not be provided to all policyholders before the day of its scheduled roadshows.
