ABSTRACT
Examines the synthesis of magnesium/titanium oxide ceramics superlattice thin films through a novel reactive evaporation method. Interpretation of the reflection high-energy electron diffraction (RHEED) intensity oscillation; Analysis on the detailed deposition process of RHEED; Confirmation of the mechanism by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy.
