Examines the bending-induced excitation of even and odd modes in bent coplanar waveguide (CPW). Measurement of time separation of picosecond electrical transients propagation; Use of electro-optic sampling system; Effect of CPW asymmetry on waveguide modes propagation; Suppression of even mode by introduction of local grounding in the bend area.
