ABSTRACT
Describes the synthesis of a methacrylic ester polymer containing tricyanovinylcarbazole group with an alkylene spacer. Determination of the polymer photoconductivity and electro-optic coefficients; Calculation of photocarrier generation quantum efficiency and photorefractive figure of merit; Suitability of the material for photorefractive application.
