Investigates the far infrared emission spectra obtained from p-germanium light-heavy-hole laser. Occurrence of a frequency gap between low-frequency and high-frequency range; Transition between light-hole Landau levels and impurities excited states; Use of magnetic-field tunable n-gallium arsenide detector to analyze the emission spectra.
