ABSTRACT
The article reports on the message sent by the American Medical Association (AMA) and other health groups to U.S. President Barack Obama. In their written message, the AMA and health groups promised to do their part in helping the country by saving as much as $2 trillion through slowing healthcare expense growth by 1.5%. They also suggested to simplify administration and reduce care overuse to cut costs.
