ABSTRACT
The article reports on the decline in the attendance at the Risk and Insurance Management Society's Inc. (RIMS) 2009 Annual Conference & Exhibition held in Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida from April 19-23, 2009. According to RIMS president Joe Restoule, the organization is not immune from the overall financial climate. The attendance declined by 30 percent.
