The article presents information on the boost of business at a travel agency after the employees attended an Attraction World training session. The agency sold more than 4,000 pounds worth of theme park tickets just days after the training session. Zoe Templeton, assistant manager at the Chapel Allerton branch of Co-operative Travel in Leeds, said the shop's four agents had sold barely any extras since she joined in September 2008, due to a lack of confidence and training.
