ABSTRACT
Examines the reflectivity of soft x-ray molybdenum/silicon multilayer mirrors by low energy hydrogen ion beam bombardment. Reduction of silicon atomic density; Increase of reflectivity coefficients in the soft x-ray range; Use of transmission electron microscopy and Rutherford backscattering spectrometry.
