ABSTRACT
Examines the anomalous magnetoresistance at a mesoscopic bend. Formation of mesoscopic cross from two split gates on a gallium arsenide (GaAs)/Aluminum GaAs 2 DEG; Evidence on anomalous peaks prior to electron collimation; Implication for the presence of an impurity close to the center of the active region.
