Presents a photoreflectance study of the photovoltage effects in gallium arsenide diode structures. Analysis of the photoreflectance as a function of temperature; Determination of the electric field strength from the Franz-Keldysh oscillations; Derivation of the photovoltage by fixing the energy of the Fermi pinning level; Use of Schottky diode equations.
