The article focuses on the efforts by investment firm Aquacopia to revive fish farming. The demand for fish has been increasing by 3.6% a year, which is twice the growth in population since 1960s. The managing director of Aquacopia David Tze, with the help of his friend Jared Polis who invested $16 million in the industry, got minority stakes in five holdings and the company charges investors 2.5% on assets under management. The company's answer to the challenge of onshore farming is offshoring.
