Examines the structural and electrical properties of barium titanate films grown on p-indium phosphide (100) by low pressure metalorganic chemical vapor deposition at low temperature. Use of scanning electron microscopy; Composition of the as-grown films based on Auger electron spectroscopy; Metal-insulator semiconductor behavior of the films.
