ABSTRACT
Examines the use of frequency-dependent admittance analysis to determine the band discontinuities in lead-europium selenide/lead selenide heterojunctions. Benefits of the four component small signal equivalent circuit model; Admittance of semiconductor interfaces as a space-charge capacitor parallel to a resistor; Factors causing frequency dependent admittances.
