Presents the low-cost technique for preparing antimony trisulphide heterojunction on p-silicon substrate. Improvement of photovoltaic properties in the heterojunctions; Absence of antireflection coating in the heterojunction; Ratio of (211) and (221) peak heights in silicotungstic acid deposited films.
