ABSTRACT
This article discusses a legal decision involving the reprinting of national socialistic newspapers through the English publisher Peter McGee. The author explains that a judgment was reached on March 25, 2009 in the regional court of Munich, Germany regarding the publication of symbols which are anti-constitutional. The author notes that the copyright for newspapers is only valid for 70 years after initial publication, which means that these national socialistic materials may be reprinted.
