Examines the infrared wavelength and temperature dependence of optically induced terahertz radiation from indium antimonide. Comparison of terahertz radiation from undoped and doped samples; Result of the scattering of electrons into the lower mobility L valley at higher proton energies; Increase in the far infrared radiation amplitude.
