ABSTRACT
Presents results of optically detected cyclotron resonance and photoluminescence (PL) kinetics of CdTe/CdMnTe multi-quantum well structures. Indication of the electron and observed heavy hole CR signals; Contribution of impurities to the low temperature PL emission processes; Dominance of ionized donor impurities in low frequency carrier scattering processes.
