ABSTRACT
Presents a nondestructive technique for depth determination of the proton exchange layers in lithium niobate. Reliance on the differences in measured pyroelectric voltages; Generation of modulated heating with an intensity modulated laser beam; Conversion of the temperature modulation to an electric signal.
