ABSTRACT
Examines the transport properties of an antenna-coupled quantum point contract under coherent far-infrared radiation. Observation of the photon-induced drain/source current; Use of the lock-in technique to measure the drain/source current and voltage; Application of symmetric gate voltage between the antenna terminals.
