Examines the growth of epitaxial TlBa[sub 2]Ca[sub 2]Cu[sub 2]0[sub 7] thin films by magnetron sputtering. Presence of controlled partial pressure of thallous oxide vapor; Occurrence of epitaxial grain growth; Evidence for the superconductivity of the films.
