The article relates the story of three eating disorder survivors. According to Celeste, her bulimia and binge eating started when she doing modelling and ballet. She cites one of the bad moments of her disorder. Sian says her anorexia nervosa was really bad when she stopped eating, withdrawn, moody and had an awful mindset of punishment and control. Melanie says her bulimia nervosa became a coping mechanism as she faced low self-esteem and self-confidence. Also included are ways in which girls can help friends with eating disorders.
