ABSTRACT
Analyzes the ground-state property of a modulation-doped finite gallium-arsenic/aluminum-gallium-arsenic superlattice. Calculation for the absorption spectrum; Characteristics of the spectrum for noninteracting tunneling electron gas; Analysis on the depolarization effect on the Tamm states and minibands cause by Coulomb interaction.
