Presents the fabrication and the characterization of super Schottky diodes (SSD) used in a 3 gigahertz radio frequency superconducting quantum interference device (rfSQUID). Presentation of n-doped 2 inches silicon wafers for SSD fabrication; Investigation on the feasibility of SSD of SQUID demodulation; Administration of flux noise measurements.
