ABSTRACT
Reports the usage of a high transition temperature superconducting Josephson junction at 77 K on a 3 mm phase locked microwave source to a synthesizer. Demonstration on the capabilities of high temperature Josephson mixers; Specification on the phase-locking arrangement; Manifestation on the high superconducting harmonic mixer.
