ABSTRACT
The article reports that Depository Trust & Clearing Corp. (DTCC) has licensed MAS Portal, a software developed by Peridrome Corp. DTCC will use MAS Portal in promoting its managed accounts service (MAS) to fund managers. Through the use of MAS Portal, programming costs for investment managers will be reduced and direct managers will be able to connect directly to MAS. This software is scheduled to be launched in the third quarter of 2009.
