The article presents the author's opinion on the quality of customer service of the 27 Market Place, Oldham, England-based store of First Choice Inc. He rates the service at 93% for its high class customer services and well trained consultants. He says that he was greeted with a hot drink on his arrival in the store and, provided with some good holiday packages by the consultant. He says that the consultant took care of providing him with packages according to his accommodation standards.
