ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's opinion on the quality of service provided by a branch of Thomas Cook Ltd. located in the 10 High Street in Oldham, England. He states that while the branch was nicely presented, he was disappointed to learn that it provides service only on appointment. He says that no such information was provided to him when he had called the store earlier. He rates the quality of service as poor as he was even not acknowledged during his 21 minute stay there.
