ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's opinion the steps the travel companies and agencies should take to attract more customers through online marketing. He states that a customer's journey start by collecting information on a search engine like Google. He says that if a customer doesn't get the satisfactory information from the website of an agency, then they switch over to a competitor's site. He believes that the companies should research on the likes and characteristics of their customers.
