ABSTRACT
The article reports on the performance of the commercial market property in 2007, 2008 and 2009 in Great Britain. The commercial property market has reduced since 2007 to 2009 with a capital value reduced to 40 percent. It has been anticipated that the decline in the commercial property will affect the pension scheme and the investment options.
