ABSTRACT
The article provides guidelines for business companies to choose the right web content management (WCM) systems. It outlines the opinion of Tony Byrne, founder of CMS Watch, and the suggestions of Mick MacComascaigh, a research director at Gartner, regarding the need to evaluate the capabilities of the WCM system and to choose one according to the business needs. It also stresses the importance of ensuring that the system can manage multiple websites in an integrated fashion.
