ABSTRACT
The article examines the law governing sports in Mexico. It suggests that Sports Law in the country has been poorly treated. The country defined sports as activities that is regulated and institutionalized, which is developed in competitions with aim of achieving maximum yield. In addition, the law encourages every athletes as well as their coaches to make an oath about certain circumstances. The law is well established across the steady implementation of various rules, containing the essential feature of its essence.
