ABSTRACT
The article reports that Great Britain-based travel company Expedia Inc. says that outsourcing call centres has allowed it to grow rapidly without the high costs of capital expenditure. Karl Marriott, Expedia-owned Hotels.com and Venere worldwide vice-president of operations said that outsourcing has allowed their business to be scaled up or down according to demand.
